Here are all the car dealership military discounts that you can take advantage of in the U.S. as well as some overseas (if you are stationed there).
Audi: Audi Military Program U.S. military serving overseas, or a Department of Defense ID card holder stationed outside the continental USA at the time you place your order.
BMW: Open to all active-duty military personnel, DoD Civilian ID Card holders and DoD contractors on temporary (TDY) or permanent (PCS) orders abroad at the time of purchase.
Buick: Military Discount Program $250 to $1,000 in Owner loyalty Savings toward the purchase or lease of an eligible, new 2012 GM vehicle or purchase of an eligible remaining 2011 GM vehicle. These savings can be combined with your GM Military Discount and most current incentives.
Cadillac: Military Discount Program $250 to $1,000 in Owner loyalty Savings toward the purchase or lease of an eligible, new 2012 GM vehicle or purchase of an eligible remaining 2011 GM vehicle. These savings can be combined with your GM Military Discount and most current incentives.
Chevrolet: Military Discount Program $250 to $1,000 in Owner loyalty Savings toward the purchase or lease of an eligible, new 2012 GM vehicle or purchase of an eligible remaining 2011 GM vehicle. These savings can be combined with your GM Military Discount and most current incentives.

Dodge: $500 cash allowance
Ford: Ford Military Program Exchange New Car Sales is the only on-base, factory-authorized distributor for Ford & Lincoln vehicles to military personnel stationed, or on TDY assignment, abroad for at least 30 days or more.
GMC: Military Discount Program Active Duty members, Reserves and Retirees, including their spouses, of the U.S. Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines, National Guard and Coast Guard can save big on most 2012 and remaining 2011 Chevrolet* (Excludes Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 and Volt.), Buick and GMC vehicles.

Lincoln: Ford Military Program Exchange New Car Sales is the only on-base, factory-authorized distributor for Ford & Lincoln vehicles to military personnel stationed, or on TDY assignment, abroad for at least 30 days or more.
Mercedes Benz: Available at Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Germany and Korea. Some of the highlights are: To qualify for the Mercedes-Benz Military Sales Program, the customer must be stationed in Germany or Korea and be an active member of the US Armed Forces. The qualifying customer will receive a savings of the total Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price on selected models (including factory installed options and accessories). The order must be placed through an authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealership in Germany and Korea. Shipping the vehicle to the United States is not included. Road Insurance and registration is not included. The customer must use military license plates. To avoid the Value Added Tax, (for orders placed through German Mercedes-Benz dealerships) – it must be processed through the American or Canadian PX (Tax exemption office).
